I had freakin nightmares the whole time I read this book. The fanaticism of serial killers just chills me to the core. It's a chilling thriller the whole way through. Koontz mixes the horrific reality of murders and rapist with the supernatural world which just enhances the horror. As a thriller it does its job well. You probably have some sleepless nights.
